The largest of all three homes, Zephyr , is named after the swift & sometimes fierce god of the west wind.

The living room includes two versatile sofa beds, a large dining table and a work desk. Custom artwork adorns the walls & complements the smooth walls of the stone house. High speed internet access helps guests stay in contact while escaping their normal routine.

The bedroom is very spacious with a large double bed set far back in the mountainous cavern. The tall ceiling and ample closet space inspire a sense of freedom and relaxation. Beautiful traditional doors, windows & drapery allow this room to be isolated from the rest of the home.

The master bathroom is custom furnished with marble, classic pottery & artwork, creating a feeling of intimacy and elegance. It features a Jacuzzi and an all marble countertop. There is a second bathroom that includes a toilet, sink & shower.

The full kitchen includes a laundry unit, a large refrigerator & range unit allowing visitors to enjoy elaborate meals. The breakfast area provides a comfortable setting to enjoy light meals or snacks.

House Dione is located right below the lower terrace of the Lithies complex and may accommodate up to six guests. It is a larger, entirely unique, beautiful white washed house with distinct traditional architectural features, ten steps away from the other three clustered houses.

It has its own private patio that overlooks the caldera and its own private indoor/outdoor Jacuzzi. House Dione consists of two separate but interconnecting authentic homes that preserve their old-architecture charm.

charm. Each house has one bedroom with a double bed and a living space with one or two sofa beds, each with twin mattresses. Each house has one bathroom and they both share a fully equipped kitchen with a small dinette area.

The house has no other swimming pool. The Dione guests may use the pool that is part of the upper Lithies complex, but they must sunbathe on Dione's roof terrace, since the common terrace that surrounds the pool belongs exclusively to the three clustered homes.

The middle home, Iris , is named after the dazzling goddess of the rainbow who paints her gusty path with her gold-winged sandals uniting earth and sky.

The living room is spacious, warmed by brilliant sunlight during the day yet naturally cool during the tranquility of the evening. A beautiful rustic dining table & two custom sofa beds give the room unique Mediterranean flair.

The bedroom features a charming double bed complemented by accents of art & sculpture unique to the Greek islands. A characteristic of all the Lithies homes, traditional doors, windows & drapery allow guests to separate the bedroom from the rest of the home.

The master bathroom is detailed with brilliant marble designed to inspire a sense of classical Greek culture blended with modern opulence. It features classic artwork & a Jacuzzi. There is a second bathroom that includes a second toilet, sink and shower.

The kitchen includes a full refrigerator and range, enough to allow guests to prepare full meals at their leisure. The kitchen area also includes a laundry unit.

For 4 - 6 Persons,  Dimensions : 60m² or 600ft²

The smallest and most picturesque home is dedicated to god Eros who was the son of Zephyr and Iris. It may be transformed into a Honeymoon Suite with definitive Greek flavour

The living room is comfortable and warm, providing guests with an intimate experience as well as versatility. A dining table, high speed internet & a sofa bed allow guests to customize the room to fit their needs.

The bedroom is charming & has a double bed facing a distinctive armoire. This design gives the room a unique, romantic character. Specially designed windows, doors & drapery allow guests to close the bedroom for privacy.

The bathroom is pleasantly appointed with intricate marble details. The countertops, floors and walls all exude artistic elements of the essence of Greek culture. The bathroom also includes a Jacuzzi.

The kitchen is delightful, warmed by the brilliant natural light of the sun during the day. Its unique, round contours provide guests with an amiable setting for cooking or dining. The kitchen area includes a laundry unit.
